Why is my Account still under ‘pending’ status on the Portal?

The status of your account will remain ‘Pending’ on the portal even if the $30 was deposited to your account and you started trading. The pending status will be removed once all the required documents are received and checked, the Profile is duly filled, and KYC is passed. This will be required prior to your first withdrawal request.
