Why am I unable to send a withdrawal request?

To be able to send a withdrawal request you must first pass the KYC process.
1- Log into the Portal
2- Click on ‘Contact us’ and fill the Contact Form with subject ‘Payment’ then select ‘Withdrawal Request’
3- Type Message: Please check my documents and pass the KYC in order to send a withdrawal request.
