WM Markets has the necessary licenses to transmit its investor orders to another market participant for execution or act as a principal (hold the opposing transaction in WM Markets’ inventory of financial instruments). As a result, please note that Clients’ orders will be executed in the same manner regardless of WM Markets acting as principal or as broker.
