# What is the Market / Trading Hours?

Market hours refer to the time frames during which financial instruments are available for trading. To check specific trading hours:

Log in to your MT4 or MT5 platform.
 Right-click on a financial instrument.
 Select “Specifications” to view trading hours.

Note: Trading hours on MT4/MT5 are based on server time, set to UTC+2 during winter and UTC+3 during summer.
